Training Training

Since November 2007 we have been recognised as a teaching practice. We have medical students from local medical schools and are involved in training. We are training these students /future doctors in particular areas of general practice. We have a strict educational timetable which have been provided by our local medical school.

How does this affect the patient?

This will not affect your care. It may be the doctor may ask your permission for trainee doctors/medical students to be present when you see your doctor.

What if i don't want students to be there when i see my doctor?

That is not a problem. We will simply ask the students to leave the room. This will NOT affect your care.
